Gregg Crystal - CEO
Gregg Crystal is responsible for defining and implementing Inalign's technology solutions, and will be your first point of contact on any project. Gregg will work with you to mold your vision and develop the plan that will ensure success.
With more than 15 years of custom application development and database design experience, Gregg has been instrumental in Inalign's client's success.
Prior to founding Inalign, Gregg developed mission critical radar systems for Sensis (DeWitt, NY), enterprise class business applications at Systems Made Simple, (Liverpool, NY), and worked independently as a consultant for several years before starting Inalign.
Gregg also received his Computer Engineering Degree from Clarkson University (Potsdam, NY).
Gregg was instrumental in many of the eLearning projects that Inalign has done over the years. The projects include d working with Flash in the early days of Actionscript 2.0 and Flash Remoting. Gregg has worked in numerous programming languages including .NET (his favorite), Java, PHP, Coldfusion, C/C++, and the one his misses the most, Powerbuilder.
Tim Slater - Director of Operations
Tim Slater is responsible for getting projects completed at Inalign. For your project, Tim will work with you daily to make sure that your project is running smoothly and is on-time and on-budget.
Tim has over 25 years experience working in a wide range of applications from his early days of developing applications for mainframes at IBM to developing web applications for Inalign.
Tim started out in the Coast Guard, and after receiving his degree in Computer Science from Michigan Technological University, worked at IBM and gained valuable Fortune 500 experience.
Tim then moved on to Sensis, where he first started working with Gregg in the early 90's. After working on numerous radar engineering projects, Tim moved on to Critical Link and continued to manager and develop several large software projects before joing Inalign in 2007.
A technical, hands-on project manager, Tim lists his favorite language as .NET, with his second being C++ as he is sometimes nostalgic for the good 'ole days.
