Of course, you are probably wondering if we have Sitefinity, AbleCommerce, and .NET expertise. All of our employees are experts in all three, with some dealing in more areas than others.

Gregg Crystal - Founder and CEO

Gregg Crystal is responsible for defining and implementing Inalign's technology solutions, and will be your first point of contact on any project. Gregg will work with you to mold your vision and develop the plan that will ensure success.

With more than 18 years of custom application development and database design experience, Gregg has been instrumental in Inalign's client's success.

Prior to founding Inalign, Gregg developed mission critical radar systems for Sensis (DeWitt, NY), enterprise class business applications at Systems Made Simple, (Liverpool, NY), and worked independently as a consultant for several years before starting Inalign.

Gregg also received his Computer Engineering Degree from Clarkson University (Potsdam, NY).

Gregg was instrumental in many of the eLearning projects that Inalign has done over the years. Gregg has worked in numerous programming languages including .NET (his favorite), Java, PHP, Coldfusion, C/C++, and the one he misses the most, Powerbuilder.

Patrick McKenna - Director of Operations

Patrick McKenna is responsible for getting projects completed at Inalign. For your project, Patrick will work with you daily to make sure that your project is running smoothly and is on-time and on-budget.

Patrick has over 25 years experience managing in a wide range of applications including Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics GP. Patrick is also certified in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Patrick received a B.S. in Accounting for LeMoyne College.

Greg Holmes - Our Most Senior Software Engineer

Greg has over 15 years experience writing custom software applications. Armed with a degree from Clarkson University Greg is relentless in his pursuit of perfect code.

Greg handles many of our toughest technical problems and is a mentor to all other software engineers on staff.

Richa Gupta - Sitefinity Expert

Richa has over 3 years experience working with Sitefinity and has mastered every aspect of custom module development.

A native of Chandigarh, India, Richa worked for Infosys Technologies before getting a Masters of Science Degree from Syracuse University.

Richa loves the weather in Syracuse and could not imagine moving anywhere else. She is also a big fan of dogs.

Richa also oversees our other Sitefinity developers.

Mark Thorne - AbleCommerce Expert

Mark likes to think of himself as a .NET expert first and AbleCommerce Expert second. Either way, he is our go-to guy for all the really hard AbleCommerce issues that clients bring to us.

Joanne Capella - Internet Marketing Expert

I like to say that Joanne writes the songs. Or rather, she writes the content and makes it search engine friendly. Joanne as been a key player in driving traffic to our client's websites, and our own. If you found us from the search engines there's a good chance that Joanne was a part of that.

Dan - Web Designer

Dan has the ability to design for all types of websites, and with any industry. Since we work with such a wide range of clients this makes him a perfect fit for Inalign, and for you.
