    Another gotcha with Quickbooks 2011 - When emailing invoices, Quickbooks uses a mail program locally on your PC. Previously, in Quickbooks 2010, it would connect to a Quickbooks service through the web and send the emails out that way.     I find that many small business owners pay bills and send invoices every month, but they may not balance Quickbooks entirely until the end of the year. I have been guilty of this a few times.
