These are some random but usefull links for Microsoft Dynamics CRM that I find myself going back to quite a bit. Setting up the Email Router is fairly easy, once you’ve done it a few times. You have to download and install the following two programs (the Exchange MAPI may be required if not already installed). You can then add users to the Email Router and allow them to use the Email Router to send emails out of CRM (as opposed to using Outlook).
